Carnelian natural semi-precious stone is a variety of Chalcedony that can range in color from light orange to a reddish orange to a deep reddish-brown. It is often semi-opaque, but it can also be totally translucent. Carnelian is believed to have been called “The setting of sun” or the “Sunset stone” by ancient Egyptians because of its bright and rich colors. Carnelian is known to be the stone of bravery, energy, endurance, motivation, and leadership. 

Carnelian it’s believed to: Help enhance self-esteem by helping fearful speakers become bold and fluent. It can also increase motivation towards action, because of it, some know it as the “artist’s stone” as it can help promote energy flow and boost your creativity. Additionally, it can combat feelings of inadequacy, because allegedly warriors wore carnelian around their necks for bravery and to enhance physical power during combat. Furthermore, it helps increase physical energy, due to its power to increase coordination, balance body energy levels, and stimulate the muscles to allow oxygen to flow smoothly within the body. Finally, it can help overcome insomnia, because of its warm nature it can heal stiff bodies and allow you to feel “freer” and “relaxed”.
